Anniek built a successful corporate career in two FTSE-10 companies. Over nearly 20 years, she held senior executive positions as Vice-President of Marketing and Regional Director of Marketing across 3 continents. Anniek served on 3 boards and 2 audit committees, was a key leader at times of company mergers, ambitious growth programmes as well as restructuring initiatives.

For the past 12 years, Anniek has worked as an ICF certified executive coach, specialising in Integral Development Coaching and Systemic Team Coaching. She is working with corporate leaders and leadership teams, developing their capacity for success in an ever-changing and increasingly complex world. She is currently active across more than 10 countries including UK, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, US, Canada and Brazil.

Anniek holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Antwerp and an MBA from the Vlerick School of Management. She is a certified Integral Development Coach (PCC) through New Ventures West in San Francisco. She holds a multitude of certifications in bespoke approaches for personal and team development - such as: MBTI, Strengthfinder, Enneagram, Leadership Agility, LDF, Neurozone, EQ/mindfulness, Resilience Dynamic, Systemic Team Coaching and Coaching Circles. She has served on the faculty for New Ventures West in Ottawa and London.
