Anniek Kindts

Anniek built a fast-paced and successful corporate career at Unilever and British American Tobacco. Over nearly 20 years, she held senior executive positions as Vice-President Marketing and Regional Director of Marketing across 3 continents: Canada, Western Europe, Malaysia/Singapore. Anniek has served on 3 boards and 2 audit committees.

In more recent years, Anniek has worked as an executive coach, specialising in Integral Development Coaching and Systemic Team Coaching.

In her capacity as a corporate executive, Anniek lead and supported major change initiatives that went to the heart of the organisation and of the organisation’s stakeholders; this includes leading stakeholder management during 2 mergers, significant changes in the secondary supply chain, primary supply chain optimisations and major organisational restructuring.

In her capacity as executive coach, Anniek is working with corporate leaders and leadership teams, developing their capacity to effectively deal with an ever-changing and increasingly complex business environment.

Anniek holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Antwerp, an MBA from the Vlerick School of Management and is a certified Integral Development Coach through New Ventures West in San Francisco. She is a certified Nine Domains facilitator (Enneagram Institute, NY), a Leadership Agility 360 Assessor, (Changewise, Boston) and an on-going student of the Enneagram, NVC and Leadership Embodiment. She has served on the faculty for New Ventures West in Ottawa and London.

Clients appreciate Anniek most for her clarity and capacity to ‘get to the core’ as well as her energetic, engaging and enthusiastic style – she has a talent to take people along with her, both on a personal and organisational level.

Anniek is a Belgian national, currently living in Surrey, England with her Brazilian husband and 2 young sons. She is fluent in English, Dutch and French. She loves yoga, travel and mentoring young people.

Rudi Kindts

Rudi developed a rewarding career at Alcatel-Bell and British American Tobacco (FTSE top 10 company), where he was a member of the Management Board as Group Human Resources Director for several years. He has a wealth of experience in transnational Human Resources and Business Management across all continents.

Until recently he was Non-Executive Director (and Chairman of RemCo) at Gattaca plc. He is also a senior executive mentor with Merrck&Co and is associated with Criticaleye, a leading leadership network.

Occasionally, he collaborates with Henley’s Centre for HR Excellence and he is associate consultant with Duke Executive Education.

Rudi is fascinated with change at both personal and organisational level and is passionate about developing people to become all that they can be. He firmly believes that the world needs less experts and more expert learners, hence his passion for coaching and mentoring.

Clients particularly like Rudi’s commitment and enthusiasm in helping them to (re)discover, apply and embed their full potential. He is being seen a real ‘fellow traveller’, learning as much from his clients as they learn through him. Clients also appreciate his authenticity and his capacity to create a safe place where they can explore and experiment with new and fulfilling ways to approach work and life. In addition, he has a deep understanding of how to integrate personal and organisational change in a sustainable way.

Rudi holds a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from the State University of Ghent and a Postgraduate in Business Economics from UFSIA-Antwerp. He is a certified Integral Development Coach through New Ventures West in San Francisco, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an Accredited Professional (AP) at the International Enneagram Association and a Certified Tension Release Exercises Provider. He studied Transactional Analysis at the Institute for TA in Rotterdam, and is an on-going student of Focusing, Leadership Agility, the Enneagram, Leadership Embodiment, conversational excellence and Resilience. He is also a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute.

Rudi is a Belgian national, currently living in Surrey (UK) with his wife Nadine, who is a Child Psychotherapist. He has two grown-up daughters, who both live in London. His interests include learning, playing golf, listening to music and strumming the electric guitar, Taiji Qigong, meditation, poetry, travel and fine dining. He recently discovered the joys of supporting a rugby team (Harlequins).
